Macrame Chain stitch (Alternating Half Hitch)

This easy to make sinnet shows a different aspect if you knot simple, double or triple cords as well as if you knot it looser or tighter.
Applications are various. It can be used to make a bracelet or a necklace , as well as a ribbon or being part of a project.

This photography shows a necklace I made by using strands of 4 threads of seed beads

Here, I used it as a ribbon to border fall (autumn) leaves.

Try to make it using different color threads, using strands of two or three different threads, beads, and whatever your imagination leads you to do. You will always be surprised.
